You say who will do better? Well for starters someone with some coaching experience to take charge of the team. Everyone can also see the committe are useless so why cant they do the decent thing and step down? They cant attract sponsers or a decent Manager so correct me if im wrong but they are completely failing with their responsibilties as a committee. With regard to Paul, he is the one bringing these players that are underperforming. Of course the players are part to blame for the results but the manager has brought these players in so it doesnt say much for him. What happened to all the money from the Scottish? The team are 2nd bottom of the ADL!! Surely the committee have to look at themselves and ask how this massive fall from grace has happened in the last couple of years. Only one place where the blam lies.

I totally agree with Ex player
I submitted a post on 13 Nov that didnt get on the guestbook
I said the same things regarding the people running the club
As I said on 13 Nov it is a standing joke with the fans that when a new sponsor appears its not IF but WHEN the
fall out happens
Nobody will touch this Club with a bargepole until these people are out
For Gods sake, its only a couple of years ago the whole town was on a high
How can a Club go downhill so quickly?
I think, as I said earlier, we all know the answer
Please have the decency to print this
RESPONSE; Your earlier post was missed in my mailbox. My fault. Now corrected and posted

Being an ex player of the dalry scottish cup semi finalist team i always keep an eye on results and posts. The situation at dalry doesn't suprise me clearly the team isn't good enough but to have a decent club the foundations have to be right ie the commitee. Which clearly is a shambles and has been for years now ,every year is the same. I think dalry could and should have a decent club but under the guys involved running the club they have no chance and if any of them were any decent person they would see this. No-one will sponsor dalry due to the guys involved so clearly its time for change and stop ruining a team that could be successful. If the committee were decent dalry would never be in this situation and still be successful. #TRUTH.

I watched your game v Irvine Vics and didn,t think you were that bad.Dont know about Paul McDougall,s attitude as a manager, but he was a very decent player. The fact that Dalry are still going says a lot for everyone at the club, fans included.Fans are entitled to their say,but have to be realistic on getting and KEEPING good players. You have some decent players and will just have to forget about the Buffs result. They are top of the league with a lot of goals scored.By the way, there are a few players on amateur forms at Junior clubs not getting a game.Worth enquiring about?

So is running teams close good enough for the committee then? Just settle for 2nd best just as long as we run them close its ok. No wonder Dalry are in such a mess on the field with that attitude. Listen Paul has been on this forum before being very amateur arguing with fans. Maybe he is barred now i dont know. But how can the committee seriously be happy with Paul McDougall as manager. You say its not an attractive club to come play for, but yet Paul lost god knows how many players due to his attitude and now no one wants to come play at for him. As long as he is there the club will attract no quality at all and thats a fact.
RESPONSE. Paul has been on Pie and Bovril, but has never been involved in an argument with anyone on the guestbook. Everyone is entitled to an opinion and this will be published on the site. But it will never be allowed to get personal. No, 2nd best is not good enough for Dalry. But with the current finances, who would come in and do better? Cut Paul some loose and get right behind the team when we need it.

But Dalry have been running a number of teams close so maybe a bit of praise for the ADL leaders is in order who played some superb football at times.
RESPONSE. Perhaps a voice of reason here?

ok you beat murkirk 10-0 was it ? that was a morale boost so paul said !!! now getting spanked 10-0 means ????

as local fan says Dalry will lose more fans (what's left of them) if this continues. personally i can see Darly becoming the new whipping boys.

After this season am sure most of the team will leave AGAIN and who ever is in charge will need to start all over again.

Darly onlt have 2-3 good players in the team and rest are average pub players. so what has paul brought to the team?

if he wants to reponse feel free PAUL
RESPONSE; Paul has no access to the website which would allow him to respond on this forum. I would only say that Paul is the fiorst one to acknowledge the need for new players. Dalry is not the most attractive club for players to come to. Paul has a hard job on his hand, and will not run away from the challenge

Listen lets look at the facts here, Paul has won 2 league games since he has took charge of Dalry, also had a stinking pre season and league cup section. Time you's quit with the exscuses everytime the team loses a game, here the same old nonsense about injuries and players working. Every team in every league has to deal with these situations most weeks and do not disgrace therselves in that manner. As for players not being released i can only say karma has come back to bite Paul right where it hurts as it was well documented Paul refused to release the young goalie Dalry signed at the start of the season just because he had the authority to do so! The fact is the team are really under performing and have done all season, dont know many clubs that would stick by a manager with such a shambolic record and attitude in the dug out, i echo what is being said in the stands, Paul has to go or do the decent thing and resign, we all could see this coming why couldnt the committee???
RESPONSE;
As other comments on here state, we have run other teams close. Credit to the Buffs who played well and gave us a spanking. Why is it when a team gets a poor run of results there is always a call for resignations? Who is going to come in and do better?
